“Best ever”, “amazing”, “brilliant”, “wow”, “fantastic” and “This is exactly why I joined this company” were just a few of the epithets overheard from participating Managers at this weekend event. Looking back in hindsight, it was as much about the feeling everyone got from it as it was about the individual components. How do you describe that feeling? For me, it was a mixture of goodwill, warmth of spirit, co-operation, appreciation, and mutual respect. So, what were we all up to?
